Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://priscillaspersonalassistancellc.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Service Description. This Site describes Commercial Cleaning, Residential Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, Apartment Cleaning provided by Priscilla's Personal Assistance, LLC. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Ownership. Priscilla's Personal Assistance, LLC (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
End of Use. Priscilla's Personal Assistance, LLC may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
As-Is Basis. https://priscillaspersonalassistancellc.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Priscilla's Personal Assistance, LLC makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Priscilla's Personal Assistance, LLC's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Priscilla's Personal Assistance, LLC harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Choice of Law. MD law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of MD, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
